The Online Services Office (OSO) was established to facilitate the sharing of information, ideas, and opinions among Alcoholics Anonymous members, groups, and service entities.

OSO also provides basic services to AA groups and service entities..

OSO is staffed by volunteer AA members from around the globe. There is always work to be done. We invite you to join us.

OSO is not a decision-making entity. OSO's activities and services are guided by AA's Steps, Traditions, and Concepts.
